Certify your delegates
Congregations are canonically required (see Canon III, Section 5) to submit a Certificate of Election of Lay Delegates as soon as possible after they have been chosen at your annual meeting. If your congregation has not yet reported your election, you can do so using the online form on the convention page of the website.
If you are not sure if your congregation has complied with this canonical requirement, check here. Elections of lay delegates must be certified before delegates can complete the registration process.
If your lay delegates have changed since a certification form was submitted, you must complete a Change of Delegate form.

[toggler title=”Exhibitor Information” ]
The location for the 142nd convention has less space for exhibits than other venues. It is our best estimate right now that we can safely provide space for 40 exhibits. Since we had over 50 exhibitors at last year’s convention, make sure to to register your space early!
You must register and pay in full on or before October 21 to secure your space. The price is $25 per table, no electricity; $50 per table with electricity. Registration will open on September 12.
If registrations exceed the available space before the Oct. 21 deadline, we will start a waiting list. If you have any questions about exhibits, please contact the Rev. Bill Bales at email@example.com.

[toggler title=”Constitution & Canonical Changes” ]
The Constitution and Canons guide the governance of the diocese. A committee reviews the Constitution and Canons each year and considers whether to propose changes. Proposed amendments may come from any member of the diocese, although the committee requests an opportunity to review the proposal to make sure it abides by wider-church rules. Proposed amendments must be submitted in writing by Sept. 12 to firstname.lastname@example.org. Contact diocesan chancellor Joseph J. Dehner at 513.651.6949 or email@example.com with any questions.[/toggler]
