Register for 148th Annual Convention

The 148th Annual Convention will be a hybrid event, meaning that lay delegates and voting clergy may choose to attend either in-person at Christ Church Cathedral, or remotely via Zoom. The convention will begin at 9 a.m. on Saturday, November 19, 2022.

In-person gathering

Attendees will be required to mask for the duration of our time together. Only lay delegates, parochial clergy, and committee chairs who are presenting at convention will be permitted to attend the in-person session. Alternate delegates, commission members, retired and non-voting clergy and interested observers will be directed to our Zoom meeting. A box lunch will be available for in-person attendees who request one on registration. Cost is $10. Attendees may also choose to bring their own lunch. Check-in will begin at 8 a.m.

Zoom gathering

A Zoom gathering will be held for any voting delegates or clergy who for any reason do not wish to attend the convention in person. Alternate delegates, commission members, non-parochial clergy and anyone interested in observing are encouraged to register for the Zoom gathering. The link to the Zoom gathering will be sent to those registered no later than five (5) days prior to the convention.

Registration

Register for either the in-person or remote session using the form below. The form allows for individual registration or for congregation delegations. Those who register for remote participation will receive the link to the Zoom gathering no later than five (5) days prior to the convention. Voting credentials for all certified lay delegates and voting clergy will be sent in a separate email communication, also no later than five (5) days prior.
