R2020-01: Resolution for Virtual Convention

Resolved, That the Convention approves its meetings to be held either in person or by telephonic or other electronic means or a combination thereof, provided that

(a) the means of communication used allow all members participating in the meeting to hear each other in real time and give each member the opportunity to participate in the discussion and voting pursuant to the Convention Rules of Order; and
(b) interpretation services are provided upon advance request so that any member who is  hearing or visually impared or is not fluent in English can participate effectively.
