Procter Center is proud to host a time of fun and fellowship before convention on Friday, November 2 from 6:30 to 10 p.m. Gather your congregation and friends for a fun evening and a home cooked meal from the farm. Hang out at the bonfire and enjoy some great Americana/Roots music from Skirt and Boots. During the party, we’ll also raise a toast for Canon Jack Koepke, who retires as Canon to the Ordinary as of Oct. 1.
The delicious home cooked menu includes pulled pork sliders, BBQ bacon-wrapped meatballs, Gorgonzola stuffed potato bites, roasted Butternut Squash skewers and more! (Vegetarian options available).
Everyone is invited, but we need to know how many to expect, so an RSVP is required to attend. Click here to RSVP.
Information about accommodations at nearby hotels can be found here.
Did you know that Procter cabins have new mattresses and showers? Cabin space is available for Friday night. Each room in a cabin sleeps 2 (or 3 with top bunk). Each cabin holds 12 (or 16 with top bunks). Reserve your space today! (Reservations can be made through the RSVP link above.)
